Our friends over the hill in the Muckle toon are holding the Muckle Toon Adventure Festival which starts tonight and runs throughout the weekend. You can see all the races available and I would thoroughly recommend a visit where you will be afforded a good welcome by our friends in Langholm. Click HERE for more info.

Alan Creighton is heading next weekend for a “wee” run of …………….95 miles !
Yes the Ultra man is at it again and he is competing in the West Highland Way race next weekend. You can read up about the race by clicking HERE. You will be also able to track his progress. We will get the details closer to the event so you can cheer him on online. Good luck Alan !
Norman advertises our club on Strava
Senior athlete Norman Johnstone put ADAC into the Strava art world by running around one of the fields nearby. His efforts are very commendable and next week he is going to try to run the whole club name...........it might take him a while though !
