Junior News

Our Seniors have had their first race of the “Summer” league in what could only be described as a hurricane! Click HERE to find out more.

Ernie's big day out in London
A proud Ernie Bryden shows his well earned medal from the London Marathon which he collected on Sunday on the warmest ever day for the competition. Many congratulations from all of ADAC !

Earlier in the year we asked all members to complete a survey about our club. The results are in and all members will soon receive a link to the results. Stay tuned !

Membership……time is running out for renewals.
Time just never stops (well obviously) and the deadline is fast approaching for membership renewals. If you are renewing your membership please do this by MAY 12 th otherwise you will be asked to pay a joining fee as new members do. Click HERE to go to the download page for memberships for both Juniors and Seniors.
The week ahead…………….Juniors are off to the first Cumbria league on Saturday over at Copeland.
Seniors are training for their next outing which takes place the following week at the Holywood stroll – a 5 mile road race.
