Our Juniors were competing at the first Cumbria League last weekend at the Copeland track.

West District Champs.
Next weekend sees the first big test for some of our Juniors with the West District Championships taking place in Kilmarnock. All the hard work over the winter will be put to the test as they take on some of the best in the country. More details are on the events can be found HERE.
Senior news
Richard Smith competed this weekend at the Stirling Half Marathon in 1hr 51 min and was on target to go under 1:50 but got cramp during the last few miles. Well done Richard. Something to build on for later half marathons during the rest of the season.
All roads lead to Holywood……………our next Senior Summer Championship gets underway on Tuesday evening with the next event. The 5 mile road race kicks off at 7pm. Parking is very limited at this venue. More details can be found HERE.

A taste of summer?
