Summer Championship results
All of our results are now in and the final league positions will be revealed at the prize giving on Saturday and will appear here the same day.
It has been a great season of competition and there have been many fine performances of note and many who have enjoyed Pb's throughout the season. Our final league tables show a very close finish in all of the leagues.
Thank you to everyone who has helped in any way either by competing , officiating or supporting others throughout the season.

09 November 2019JOHNNY'S JEDBURGH JAUNT
Recently , club member Johnny Minto travelled across to Jedburgh for the 3 peaks 38 mile ultra marathon.
It was an amazing experience for Johnny who did the race in good weather but had to contend with soggy underfoot conditions.
Johnny battled through and completed the course in 9 hours 40mins.
An amazing achievement. Well done Johnny!
03 November 2019GLEN OGLE SUCCESS
ADAC Glen Ogle team returned home on Saturday after completing the Glen Ogle Ultra - a run of 33 hilly miles.
All of our competitors who started the race successfully managed this tough course. Well done to Janet , Linda , Norman , Ruth , Marie , Barry and Louise and to the fine back up man Mike who provided reassuring support.
Well done everyone. a fabulous ADAC team effort.
03 November 201910km success for our newbie's
Our new members are doing some excellent work in training and last week they travelled to Carlisle for the Denton Holme 10km race. All successfully managed the course and were delighted with their performances - some of which were their first 10km races.
Well done Emily , Wendy , Jo , Fiona and Karen.
29 September 2019RIVER AYR SUCCESS FOR ADAC ULTRA RUNNERS
On the 14th September our ultra runners took part in the River Ayr ultra run. This involved teams of 3 runners running various distances following the river Ayr. It was a great event and one which all of our athletes enjoyed despite it being a testing event. Many thanks go to Alan Creighton who organised our teams. Our picture below shows those who took part:
Louise Hopper , Janet Priestley, Liz Dawson , Johnny Minto, Gordon Vivers, Neil Richardson, Alan Creighton , Linda Cameron and Nicola Kennedy are all competing and backup team of Barry Fitzgerald and Mike Nixon.
