Nicole and Isla fly the flag down South.
Nicole Proudfoot and Isla Cooper travelled South of the Border this weekend to compete in different competitions.
Isla competed in the Inter Counties XC this weekend near Loughborough finishing 216th in this top quality field which includes only the best in the UK. The West District team she was representing finshed in 7th place.
Well done Isla !
Meanwhile , Nicole finished an amazing 4th in the English Combined Events Indoor Championships down in Sheffield gaining yet another Pb of 3192.
