Carlisle Parkrun Opens Summer Season
The first of the Carlisle Parkruns to be included in the Senior's Summer Championship was held this morning and saw three ADAC runners brave the early spring weather.
Ernie Bryden was first round in 22:57 followed by John Murphy in 24:35 with Douglas Anderson (completing his first Parkrun) rounding out the trio with 28:33. Well done to all three who now sit proudly in the podium positions at this early stage of the season!
