Following the initial running in May we return this week to Kinnel Water for the rerun of the Time Trial to see who has improved from their Spring form.
Eleven runners braved a cold windy night in May (documents/adacroadchamps2015/adac-kinnel-water-time-trial-1-results.pdf) and these runners will be eligible for the improvement prize and will be set off in reverse order - the first one home will be crowned King (or Queen) of Kinnel 2015.
Of course everyone else is very welcome to come and join in the fun - handicap times will be assigned as appropriate by the Road Running committee!
The nights are drawing in so a prompt 7pm start is needed - parking is also a little limited so if possible please arrange car sharing.
