Dumfries Half Marathon
The penultimate event of the Senior's Championships takes place on Sunday 20th Sept in the form of the Dumfries Half Marathon. At time of press there are 10 ADAC runners signed up to compete with top three positions in each category of the Champs still up for grabs.
Good luck to all entrants, let's hope we have some strong performances and maybe some more prizes!
