Round 1 results
Our two captains go head to head with their teams ready for battle.
Jack and the Youngsters v Heather and the oldies.
After a weekend of stunning performances the average scores were as follows:
OLDIES 62.23%
YOUNGSTERS 64.25%
It has been a fabulous weekend of running for ADAC both young and old.
Well done to both captains this week on a very close competition. Next weekend we will continue with round 2 and we will be running either 15/30/45 minutes. You can decide on your proffered time and captains must ensure that each time slot has at least 3 runners competing.
Course must be mainly FLAT however this time.
Competition begins on FRIDAY evening through to SUNDAY.
The selfie next week will be a simple folded arms but also chest out and proud to be an ADAC member kinda face.
