Hi all,

 

I thought some of you might be interested in this video - I attended a training camp a few weeks ago and Adela gave us all some advice on stretching, warm ups and generally getting to know our bodies better.

She recommended doing this at least two or three times a week or before your toughest run and as a general 'body MOT'.

very good Andy ,wish I'd started doing this years ago as I have a range of movement similar to john smith.
